For a long time now, I’ve used Tim Petrie for all of our computer troubleshooting, repair and upgrades. We haven’t come across anything he hasn’t been able to cure. House calls at the office to rid us of Malware, house calls at home to help with that horrid Windows 10 Anniversary update a few years ago that pretty much fried my computer (Tim managed to resurrect it and rescue my files), and countless other times. My recent glitch came from a troublesome DVD drive. I’m in Mexico and he talked me through a fix over the phone and now it works fine. I highly recommend Tim Petrie and his company Brain On Computers for any computer ills. He’s knowledgeable and competent with reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
