- Maintained Client Server Database Applications using VB front end - SQL Server back-end.
- Development of Subcontracts database application in Access 97, which uses AS/400 Client Access Accounting package. The application gathered vendor accounting and job information from the AS/400 and put it into a SQL Server database where I used an Access front end for the user to edit and then print the finalized contract for the vendor subs.
- Project Manager for the Yard equipment and supply inventory and accounting database project also used for Yard Database Asset Tracking and Rental System. I organized requirements from users and communicated those to the outside database developer, did testing and made sure it complied with our needs and worked for the users.
- Setup networks for job sites and offices. Train other IS dept personnel. Troubleshoot network hardware and software problems.
- Configured Citrix 1.8 and Windows 2000 Terminal Server. Administered remote clients running over frame relay, DSL, and Nortel VPN. Clients used MS Office, Sybase / Expedition software and VB front end - SQL Server back end applications. All of the clients were configured for printing at the remote sites.
- Supported IIS 4 and IIS 5 on our Intranet and Internet.
- Setup Job history information database for Marketing which uses VB front end and SQL Server.
